For Therapists & Clinical Professionals
DesirePlay invites selected psychologists, sexologists, and certified sexual health professionals to take part in our international retreats for couples by leading workshops in their field of expertise and offering private integration sessions during the retreat.
Our work is informed, among other frameworks, by the self-expansion model developed by Arthur Aron and colleagues: the idea that shared, novel, and emotionally engaging experiences can help couples renew vitality, closeness, and relational meaning.
At DesirePlay, this principle is held within a discreet, carefully structured, and professionally contained environment. Couples encounter the unfamiliar together through guided games, embodied intimacy, consent-based exploration, and professional support — not as a departure from their relationship, but as a way of returning to it with greater presence.

We invite guest professionals to lead a workshop, lecture, or facilitated group process connected to their area of expertise — such as sexual mindfulness, embodied intimacy, intimacy in long-term relationships, attachment, desire discrepancy, jealousy, boundaries, or related fields. During the retreat, couples may also request private integration sessions to process something that arises more personally.
Selected professionals are engaged on clear professional terms. The retreat also offers meaningful professional visibility among couples actively engaging with intimacy, desire, and relational renewal.
If your expertise belongs in this space, we invite you to contact us with your professional background and a short brief for the workshop, lecture, or process you would like to lead within a DesirePlay retreat.
