Privacy Policy

1. Introduction This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

2. Data Collection via Online Forms

  • Customers: We collect your name, email, country, and optional phone number. To personalize our service, we collect demographic data (age range), your preferred retreat level, and information regarding your current relationship stage and expectations. While sharing your partner's name is optional, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent before providing any details about them.

  • Professionals: We collect professional identity data, including field of expertise, professional background, and links to professional websites or profiles (e.g., LinkedIn). We also process proposed retreat programs and financial proposals (price quotes). If voluntarily uploaded, we process professional certifications and diplomas.

3. Processing of Sensitive Personal Data Our optional free-text fields allow you to provide context regarding your relationship. By disclosing sensitive information (such as emotional dynamics or other special categories under GDPR Article 9), you provide your explicit consent for us to process this data solely to tailor your retreat experience.

4. Legal Basis for Processing We process data based on: (a) Contractual Necessity (to provide services or evaluate partnerships); (b) Explicit Consent (for optional personal/relationship details); and (c) Legitimate Interest (to manage and secure our business operations).

5. Data Storage and Internal Access All data is collected through Wix Studio’s SSL-encrypted infrastructure. Access to raw data is strictly limited to the site owner. To protect your privacy, internal team members receive only condensed or anonymized summaries necessary for operational fulfillment. We implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure all administrative access.

6. Cookies and Third-Party Media Our website uses cookies to analyze traffic. Non-essential cookies are only deployed with your consent. We integrate third-party media (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo). Accessing these may result in your IP address being shared with those providers under their respective privacy policies.

7. International Data Transfers Data is currently processed in Israel, a country recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. If our legal entity relocates to the EU, this policy will be updated to reflect the new Data Controller details.

8. Data Retention and Your Rights We retain data only as long as necessary for the service or legal compliance. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data ("Right to be Forgotten"), and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at desireplay4couples@gmail.com
